This is a description of my personal experience with JSW Excavating and Landscaping. I will include absolute specifics anytime that I can, including voicemails and screenshots of text messages.
The complete story will be posted at a later date. Ultimately the question becomes, why have I taken the time to post this. The quick answer is, Johnathan Louthian, the owner and operator of JSW Excavating and Landscaping refuses to complete the job that he was paid $1100 to do. Besides the $1100 he removed multiple cedars from my property, which he sold to a sawmill, and a large amount of steel, which he sold to a scrapyard.
The job started on 16-January 2014. Today is 2-May 2014.
After calling Johnathan Louthian yet again to request that he complete the job, he became verbally abusive. He threatened to come to my house this evening. He also made the suggestion that I owe him an additional $2000 and that he is contacting a lawyer. Either of those would be a very bad idea, but I hope he does.
