It seems that there is someone with a similar name, and age as Johnathan Louthian, the owner and operator of JSW Excavating and Landscaping, who was recently arrested for failing to appear in Forsyth County. Here is the information that I found online:

It is a shame that there doesn't seem to be a mugshot. Then we would know for sure. If this is the very same Johnathan Louthian, at least we know that he really does know a lawyer.
