I am not alone. Another customer posted about their experience with Johnathan (JC) Louthian.

I just found this on craigslist.

It seems that I am not the only person to be threatened with a price increase and lawsuit by Johnathan (JC) Louthian of JSW Excavating and Landscaping. I am posting a screenshot below for the sake of archival.

The description of their experience sounds familiar to me.

To be absolutely clear, I did not post this to craigslist. I will post something similar in the coming days. Once I do, I will post a link here.

    Is anyone pursuing him legally? He should be brought to justice. A group case may assist in this.

    "Carolina Grading and Tree Removal" is another business name he works under.
